Where we add value
Structure before product
The buyer requires external financing.
ECA support is available but a lead lender has not been secured.
Part of the financing requirement remains unresolved.
Country or sovereign risk constrains conventional lender appetite.
The financing architecture is not yet clear.
Our role
From financing requirement to financial close.
Brockport typically becomes involved as the commercial structure is being finalised, or following award, when buyer financing becomes part of execution.
01
Assess the transaction and financing requirement.
02
Develop the financing architecture.
03
Identify relevant lender, ECA, multilateral and institutional capacity.
04
Secure and coordinate indicative terms.
05
Build the financing group and support negotiation.
06
Support environmental and social workstreams where required by the financing.
07
Assist in addressing and closing conditions precedent.
08
Support execution through financial close.
