ECA-backed buyer credit for an international roads programme
An international EPC contractor required financing for an approximately €100m government infrastructure contract. Brockport originated the financing, engaged export credit support and worked with international lenders while supporting environmental and social workstreams and closure of conditions precedent through financial close. The final disbursement schedule remains part of implementation.
